Return Policy

Products purchased through Wallpops may be returned for any reason, within 45 days from your original purchase from our web site. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Wallpops will process a credit to your credit card. You must follow the Wallpops return procedure below to receive a credit.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

WallPops will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no re-stocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.

How to Return WallPops

Your order will come with a prepaid return label and a packing slip. Start by detaching the return form from the bottom of the packing slip you received with your order. Fill out all appropriate fields and include it inside the box of your return package. Please use the provided prepaid return label for shipping your package back to Brewster Home Fashions. When filling out your return label, provide all necessary contact information, including your reference number at the bottom of the label, which can be found on your packing slip. If you choose not to use the prepaid return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address below.
