Most products purchased through WallPops may receive free returns within 45 days from your original purchase from our website. FloorPops returns exceeding $100 are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. WallPops will process a credit to your credit card. You must follow the return procedure below to receive a credit.
When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 10-15 business days.
WallPops will replace damaged or defective merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase, as long as stock exists to fulfill the order. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no return fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise.
For customers without a wallpops account, please refer to your order confirmation email. There is a link at the bottom of the email to start the return process. For customers with an account, please login to your WallPops account and view the account’s Orders Tab to find your order. Click on the return button located in the top-right corrner of the order and start your return. Pease select the most appropriate return reason and ensure quantities being returned match quantities being sent back to our warehouse facilities. Once submitted, we will email you a return label for your package(s) that you may print. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt. If you choose not to use our return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address listed below.
