Return Policy

Products purchased through WallPops may receive free returns within 45 days from your original purchase from our web site. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. WallPops will process a credit to your credit card. You must follow the return procedure below to receive a credit.

When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 7-10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

WallPops will replace damaged or defective merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase, as long as stock exists to fulfill the order. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no return fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise.

How to Return

Account Holders (Checked Out with Account)

Please login to an existing Brewster Home Fashions account and view the account’s Orders Tab to find your order. Click on the return button located in the top-right corrner of the order and start your return. Pease select the most appropriate return reason and ensure quantities being returned match quantities being sent back to our warehouse facilities. Once submitted, we will email you a return label for your package(s) that you may print. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt. If you choose not to use our return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address listed below.
