WallPops! Return Policy
Products purchased through WallPops can be returned within 45 days from your original purchase from our web site. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. WallPops will process a credit to your credit card. You must follow the return procedure below to receive a credit.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
WallPops will replace damaged or defective merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase, as long as stock exists to fulfill the order. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no re-stocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.
HOW TO RETURN
To request a return, please call us at 800-366-1700 or e-mail us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to have the order number available for the customer service representative or state the order number in your e-mail. Once WallPops accepts your return request, you will be issued a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be mailed to you. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. If you choose not to wait for a prepaid return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address below.
*Return labels cannot be mailed for packages coming from Canada. Please use the below address to ship your return:

When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. Please note that Wallpops will not accept any return without a valid return authorization number and all non-defective returns are subject to a return shipping fee.
