Shipping policy

Please be aware that some products may occasionally be on back order and may not be delivered on time for expedited orders. Please call customer service for additional details regarding expedited shipping on back ordered goods. Please note that free shipping promotions to DO NOT apply to Canada. 

Shipping Promotions

Shipping discounts and waivers are valid for standard US Ground shipping options unless otherwise noted in promotional details. Free Shipping Promotions do not apply to the below flooring and State surcharges listed under "Additional Shipping Charges". 

USA Orders

WallPops ships most orders within 2-3 business days from receipt of order via UPS Ground. If you have elected to have your order shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2-Day Air, your order will ship same day (with the exception of Fatheads). For Fedex Next Day Air or Fedex 2-Day Air shipments, orders must be placed by 2:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will ship the following Monday. 

We do not ship on weekends. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Free Shipping promotions do not apply to shipping surcharges. See below for more details.

Additional Shipping Charges

  • Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico have an additional $49.99 shipping charge 

Canada Orders

WallPops will ship your order in 2-3 business days from receipt of your order via Purolator Ground, Expedited Standard International or UPS Worldwide Express. Samples will ship 3-7 business days via Canada Post or Purolator Ground.
